We are happy to offer staging as a service for select listings, because well-staged homes sell faster and bring stronger prices.
The thinking used to be that "neutral sells" and that buyers evaluated homes through the lens of "How would our life and our stuff fit into this space?" As it turns out, buyers connect much more strongly with a home that appears somewhat "lived in." Our approach to staging is to tell a story with each room, using a combination of bold and subtle decorating choices, always emphasizing space and light.
